JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” informs: from 19 May this year the timetable of Vivi trains on the Tukums line will change, because the modernisation works of the electrified network of SJSC “Latvijas dzelzceļš” have been completed. Trains will resume running on an interval schedule and passenger services on the entire route will be provided by trains only. However, from 30 May, the summer timetable will come into force, including several additional services on the Riga-Dubulti section.

From 19 May, the number of trains on the Tukums line will increase significantly, and trains on the Riga-Dubulti section will run every 15 minutes in the morning and evening hours. With the introduction of the summer timetable, from 30 May trains will run every 15 minutes from Riga to Dubulti and back, also in the middle of the day. During the summer season, there will be seven extra weekday services and 13 extra weekend services.

When train traffic resumes as usual, journey times from Riga to Slokas, Ķemeri and Tukums will be reduced by up to 30 minutes compared to the repair period. Trains will again have access to all tracks, so they will depart from their usual platforms at all stops.

The latest train timetables are published on the Vivi website and mobile app.

For train timetables, ticket purchases and other travel-related questions, passengers are invited to contact the Vivi Customer Service Centre by calling the 24-hour toll-free number 8760.
