On 18 May this year, the railway infrastructure repair works implemented by SJSC “Latvijas dzelzceļš” on the line Tukums II-Rīga will be completed. Once the repairs are completed, train traffic will be fully restored to the basic summer timetable. In order to ensure a more convenient connection with train services, the timetable of the bus of route 1 “Buļļuciems-Bulduri” has been adjusted to align it with the train timetable.
When planning changes in public transport timetables, connectivity with other city routes is also taken into account in order to provide Jūrmala residents – both students and commuters – with more convenient access to educational institutions and workplaces in the city.
